At Khaali.co, we want you to love every scent you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unlit, and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging (including boxes and labels)
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept items that have been used, burned, or sprayed.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at khaalicandles@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or tested candles and room sprays
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards

As our products are flammable and fragrance-based, returns are not accepted once they have been used or opened.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different scent is to:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order for your preferred item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
