- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

Estimated delivery times:
- West Malaysia: 1–3 business days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

Delays & External Factors
While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

Khaali Candles is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- If your parcel is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply
Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging our candles and room sprays.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or solution where applicable.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with household members or neighbours
- Contact the courier service directly
