Due to the nature of candles and room sprays:
- Used or tested items are not eligible for return
- Opened fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

Candles are open-flame products. Always use responsibly and never leave unattended.
Candle Safety & Usage
Our candles are designed to create a safe and calming atmosphere when used correctly. By purchasing and using our candles, you agree to follow proper candle care and safety guidelines.
For safe use:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable materials
- Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Keep candles away from drafts, fans, or air vents
- Do not burn candles for more than 3–4 hours at a time
- Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn
- Stop use when ½ inch of wax remains
Room Spray Safety:
- For external use only
- Avoid direct contact with skin, eyes, and fabrics
- Do not ingest
- Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames (flammable content)
Khaali Candles is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use or failure to follow these safety instructions.

You may not use our website:

- To distribute harmful or malicious content
